Refund Policy

Cancellation and Refund Policy :

We at Softzenia believes in helping all customers as far as possible , and has consequently prepared a thoughtful refund and cancellation policy. There may be some case of customer dissatisfaction due to many reasons .

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Cancellation Policy :

1.)Domain Name Registration Services : Once you purchase your Domain Name, you are its owner and it cannot be “cancelled” until the duration of the domain term has expired. Domain names are controlled worldwide by Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN ) organization and we do not have any control over.

2.)No cancellations are entertained for those services that the Softzenia had offered on promotional offer / special occasions or Discount period. These are limited occasion offers by the company and hence cancellations are not possible in any conditions.

3.)Services will automatically renew until a service is cancelled. If you do not wish to renew your Monthly or Annual Service agreement you must cancel your account by sending an email to us.

4.)Cancellation of service renewals for on-going website promotion, website hosting or domain registration services must be made at least seven 7 business days prior to the end of the current service period.

5.)If any work is cancelled by customer in between the work process , company will be liable to take payment up to the work. Once work is completed, customer has to pay complete payment for the work.

6.)If customers request for refund before we started work and have not purchased domain, hosting, any templates or software then company will refund advance payment within 7 days after cancellation request.

7.)Once company purchase domain name , hosting, any templates, software etc. on behalf of customers, you can not request for refund for these services or products.

Refund Policy :

1.)In case, any client is not completely satisfied with our services may request for refund within 7 days from contract date. All refunds will take maximum of 7 working days to process and it will be refunded in your account either by Account Credits or direct deposit in your bank account.

2.)If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of Payment Gateway Name payments refund will be made to the same Bank account.

3.)Domain Name Registration / Domain Transfer or other domain related services is NOT refundable. Once you purchase your Domain Name, you are its owner and it cannot be “returned” until the duration of the domain term has expired.
